Confidentiality: The parties acknowledge that personal information disclosed pursuant to the business transaction or agreement is acquired through consent, that such information is confidential and shall be treated in accordance with PIPEDA and any other applicable privacy laws.

Protection of Personal Information. All parties shall take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, including but not limited to, implementing appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards.

Limitations on Use and Disclosure of Personal Information. The parties shall only use and disclose personal information for the purposes for which it was collected or with the consent of, unless otherwise required by law.

Data Breach Notification. In the event of a data breach or other security incident that affects personal information disclosed pursuant to the business transaction or agreement, the affected party shall promptly notify the other party and cooperate in investigating and remedying the incident.

Indemnification. Each party shall indemnify and hold harmless the other party and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities arising out of or relating to a breach of this Agreement or any applicable privacy laws.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Canada.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions, agreements, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

Information We May Collect from You

We may collect and process the following data about you:

• Information you give us. You may give us information about yourself and/or the organization which you are authorized to represent by filling in the details under account information, or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or while accessing various features including surveys on our Website (“Platform”) or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register to use the App, subscribe to our Services, search for a Service, use our Services, post Content (e.g., company profile, vacancies, candidate profile and other materials), participate in discussion boards or other social media functions, events on the App, Online events and when you report a problem with the App. The information you give us may include your name and/or name of your organization, address, e-mail address and phone number, company description, location details or information that you provide about yourself such as your designation, company name, contact details, location and reference or information that you provide about your company such as its name, number of employees, contact details, industry name and reference.
